Trash Compactor and Dumpster Area - This area generates a lot of infractions due owners and tenants not knowing about the proper use of the recycle container and trash compactor.

NOTE: Vehicles on the Condominium property may not be in a state of disrepair or cause damage to the property, (for example, but not limited, to oil leaks). All cost for repairs to property will be applied to the unit owner

Parking throughout Province Park, including Coach Homes, is permitted in striped areas only. This is for safety and emergency access by order of the Fort Myers Fire Department. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Signage is posted.

Trash Compactor and Recycling

There is a Trash Compactor and Recycle Bin at the corners of Milan and Liron Avenues.

Please separate your trash and recycling prior to disposing of it. Cardboard, tins, glass and paper are Recycling > Blue bin to the right.

All boxes are to be broken down and placed in the Blue Recycling container.

All Styrofoam must be separated from boxes i.e.Remove TV Styrofoam from the box and place the styrofoam in the COMPACTOR. Fines will be imposed by the city.

Garbage, compost and clothing items goes in the Trash Compactor. Up the Stairs.

Violators will be charged $25.00 for the first violation and $50.00 for second violation.

Trash is either stored in your unit or taken to the bins. Do not leave outside your door.

Large items should be placed inside the gate in the back and behind the blue bin.

Please do not have your children (under the age of 14) take the trash to the trash compactor. No children under 14 are to use the compactor. They are not able to reach the handle to the door to place the trash inside the container. Also please keep children from playing in this area.

Compactor pickups usually Monday AM. Please do not leave your trash on the steps if the container is gone.

Sidewalk Pet Containers are not for Household trash.

No hazardous material such as paint, oils, ink etc. can be deposited at any time.

Hazardous Materials
Hazardous Waste Drop-off for Paint and Propane containers is located at 4664 Topaz Court (Off Metro- South). For more information please check the Lee County website.

Contact the Clubhouse at 239-931-0172 for information about golf cart reservation at Eastwood Golf Course.
Christmas Decorations
Colored Christmas lights may be displayed from Thanksgiving to one week after New Years Day. All other lighting including landscape lighting must be white lighting to conform with uniformity.
